We chose this as our winner due to their creativity, inclusive approach and engagement for this truly International programme. This was a complex project, and by gathering essential feedback pre-event from suppliers & participants to ensure that the content was relevant and personal, this ensured that the virtual event was a success. The team pivoted for the first time to virtual which was a learning experience for this team. To engage people at a virtual meeting, they had to ensure the right balance of speakers to support the messaging. They proved how they set out to inspire a global sales force including a sum of $100, given by the company to each participant to donate. The video was emotional and showed where this money went and made a difference to others. This was a cross discipline event with traditional business objectives, balanced with sustainability & wellness initiatives.
