Day Lewis is one of the UK’s largest independent pharmacy groups. They host an annual Conference & Awards Celebration in London for 1200 delegates.
In 2020, the need to share experiences, thank and reward was never greater and the requirement for the event to go ahead was extraordinarily important. Planned as a live event, in the most uncertain of climates, and three months out, they decided to transition to a virtual format.
Having worked with Principal. since 2009, Day Lewis entrusted them to produce their first virtual Conference & Awards Show in November 2020, in honour of bringing together their frontline pharmacy heroes.
Day Lewis pride themselves on being at the heart of their communities with their people at the core of their business. Principal mirrored this in their storytelling and ensured that there was a wide representation of colleagues from the moving Pharmacy Heroes VT they created, through to the feel-good Day Lewis in Song, and the 45 Year Celebration VT – featuring those who continue to make the company what it is today.
Principal brought the Pharmacy Heroes theme to life, putting it at the heart of compelling content design. Carefully balancing formal, fun and serious messaging, Principal ensured it flowed seamlessly.
