Our leading panel of judges are industry professionals who have in-depth experience of running events. Each of our judges are allocated an award category and vote independently and separately to score each entry. They then meet to share scoring and discuss feedback to consolidate the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
Andrew Swanston
Head of Sales - Conferences & Events, ExCeL London
Andrew Swanston is Head of Sales, for Conferences & Events, at ExCeL London, joining the venue in August 2007. His career spans over two decades, working in the hospitality and events industry, including managing wine bars in the west-end of London and producing events in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
Andrew is well known and respected within the industry, leading by example, instilling a culture of excellence and fostering a collaborative environment. His innate ability to connect with clients on a personal level, coupled with his keen business acumen, enables him to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that exceed their expectations.
On a day-to-day basis, Andrew is responsible for promoting London and ExCeL to the North American market, as well as managing the venue’s Sales Team.
