The morning is designed for an internal team of 4 people and will focus on the following:
TECHNIQUE One of the fears of an event planner is that the technology will not work – be it live or virtual. How to use Zoom and other online tools effectively.
ENGAGEMENT If it’s a conference call, a 1-to-1, online meeting or an online presentation, this session explains how to structure your content, create a great first impression, confidently engage your listeners and land your messages.
VOICE The power of the voice to affect the way others think and feel is magnified when people communicate online. Hitting the right notes and landing the right message relies on voice tone, pitch, and pace. In this session, Gerry McNulty uses her years of vocal training and coaching, to help people discover the huge, often underused, asset they have in their own natural voice.
