ICEAWARDS, CONFERENCE & EXPO UK PROGRAMME – 11 July 2024

The ICE Conference, is a dynamic fusion of enlightening keynote speakers and engaging campfire sessions. Here, you’re invited to participate in an open forum, sharing your unique events while gaining valuable insights from fellow event planners. This interactive platform transcends industry boundaries, serving as a melting pot for corporate event creators.

At The ICE Conference, the stage is set for lively discussions that traverse the corporate event landscape. Delve into a diverse array of topics, from virtual gatherings to in-person experiences, as you learn from the successes and challenges of your peers. This collaborative exchange of ideas is not limited by borders or sectors; it’s a unifying force that propels event planning innovation.

This year, we’ve introduced an exciting new addition to ICE24: the ICE Expo. Here, innovation and collaboration take centre stage. Forget the conventional exhibition model; we’ve reimagined the experience to create a dynamic, interactive environment where your challenges are the main focus.

The ICE Expo transforms into a Co-Lab space, a creative workshop where challenges faced by corporate planners are collaboratively addressed. With the support of our ICE partners, we delve into these challenges and uncover expert solutions. Learn more about the Expo here. Spaces are limited to 125, so be sure to book your spot quickly.

ICEAWARDS, Expo and Conference will take place on 11th July 2024 at Convene Sancroft, St Pauls, Rose St, Paternoster Sq., London EC4M 7DQ

Aviva - BIBA Drinks Reception
The BIBA Drinks Reception, held at AVIVA Studios in Manchester, was an exclusive evening event coinciding with Aviva’s 27-year partnership with BIBA. Transforming one-third of the event space to host this event, starting from a blank canvas. This was the first reception Aviva hosted in the warehouse at the studios and the largest gathering to date.

Over two days, an empty concrete warehouse was transformed into a vibrant party space. The event featured huge multimedia screens hanging overhead, comfortable lounge furniture, and bubbles adding a whimsical touch. Guests enjoyed gourmet street food and were entertained by a dynamic local band playing popular songs with brass instruments and fabulous outfits. The lively atmosphere even inspired some dancing, making it a memorable and engaging evening. This event successfully showcased Aviva’s commitment to BIBA and celebrated their long-standing partnership in a unique and memorable setting.
