A great entry and a brilliant initiative from the Co-op team. With only a 6 week turnaround, the festival of events aimed to reach around 65,000 colleagues in total. Delivering an on-line festival was a first of its kind for the Co-op which not only had a negative impact on the environment but also made a difference to colleague’s wellbeing. The event delivered on all objectives and represented their core values throughout. The submission showed the team recognised the need to bring colleagues together and successfully delivered a brilliant sustainable wellbeing campaign bringing colleagues together in a fun and creative way.
