With the uncertainty of the COVID pandemic, there was an essential need to deliver a virtual conference to help provide training to inform C-Suite FS executives on critical issues cutting across People & Culture, Technology and Regulatory changes.
Beneficial for continued development, the team wanted to ensure that the conference was CPD accredited to ensure that not only clients would be able to learn from the conference but also help with their continued professional development.
The three-day event provided delegates with insight into some of the most pressing regulatory and infrastructural challenges their firm were facing due to the COVID pandemic.
As the UK went into its first lockdown, the Financial Services Group had to adapt and adjust to the transition to virtual events. At the time, webinar technology was still an extremely new platform for the team to use to deliver events and they wanted to ensure that were using the technology as effectively as possible to fully engaged attendees and enable the customer experience to be as seamless as possible.
Using technology software such as GoToWebinar, Microsoft Teams and Slido they offered attendees a virtual experience of a conference, offering various breakout session and materials post-event to catch up on and help with their continued professional development.
