The Leadership Engagement Session was a particularly special event for the Co-op Team. After 2020 had caused the team to pivot all their events, January 2021 signified a new start for the team when re-designing events for the virtual world.
The event needed to engage all leaders in the 2021 and onward vision and give them access to resources to support them.
The event was short and snappy but gave leaders the opportunity to be reminded about the vision and how the vision will be used across the year. The leaders got exactly what they needed both in terms of the company vision, future thinking and giving support to those leaders to go and inspire their own teams.
