Best In-House Team of the Year

The CallMiner Events Team earned the Best Team of the Year award for their remarkable execution of the global LISTEN 2024 events. Operating as a lean, in-house team of six, they delivered high-impact conferences in both the US and UK—despite facing major logistical challenges, including a hurricane that disrupted key suppliers and widespread budget cuts.

Their ability to stay agile and solutions-focused under pressure stood out. When their videographers canceled last-minute due to extreme weather, the team sourced replacements within hours and even recorded content themselves to ensure continuity. Rather than compromise quality, they adapted creatively—repurposing assets, maximizing digital tools, and elevating the mobile app experience.

They also championed diversity and inclusion by launching the “Women’s Summit,” a grassroots initiative that grew from 25 attendees to nearly 100. This initiative now plays a central role in LISTEN’s agenda and reflects the team’s commitment to creating meaningful, community-driven experiences.
