The team at BBC Studios are very much worth winners of the ‘Best in-house Team Award’ . They submitted an exceptional entry and it was evident from the responses that they are a very strong team.

They have achieved in delivering an impressive programme of world class events with an remarkable reach and scale.

The judges were impressed by the team’s efforts to deliver such a versatile list of events with only 12 permanent members, the impact that these events have made across the business was evidenced by the glowing feedback that the team received from stakeholders across the business. It came across strongly in the submission and supporting documents how well the BBC Studios team work with their stakeholders to understand their needs and goals to allow them to deliver bespoke events which is key to reflecting the value of events across the business community. Finally, the judges thought it was prudent to note how high the quality of the entry was.

It was inspiring to read the personal elements of the entry which highlighted the personal successes in the team as well as the collective achievements. The detailed approach to answering each question in addition to the quality supporting data was exemplary!
