Samsung and fresh have worked together since the start of 2020, delivering quarterly Contact Centre Roadshows across the UK and offshore, launching products to advisors. fresh have worked hard to understand Samsung as a business and ways of working within contact centres in the UK and offshore but, due to the pandemic, all remaining live roadshows had to be cancelled.
Staying true to Samsung’s #DoWhatYouCant ethos, they needed to develop digital training executions, harnessing the best things about being physically on site with advisors – with the perks of being remote.
Through storytelling, eye-catching graphics, films, games and downloads together they created and utilised 3D product models in different ways across content, including video overlays as well as a fully interactive world. This innovation provided a way to replace hands-on interactivity in a virtual environment.
