Best In-House Team of the Year

The winning entrant for this year’s award for best in-house team, was a unanimous vote by the judging panel.

From the submission it was plain to see that this was a team who were united in a common goal of delivering engaging and compelling events. Additionally, they were a team who were clear on their roles and responsibilities within the team and were accountable for those tasks. The winners also felt as if they were a cohesive unit and were flexible and able to deal with any situation which was thrown at them. In a world which is demanding more transparency on a day to day basis this team has a real attention to detail, and a conscience which permeates their events, and a commitment to the integrity of their outputs, were all themes the judging panel felt came through in the submission.

Above all there was a sense of togetherness and unity, passion and collaboration, ambition and excellence and across the board the judges agreed this would be a team, they would want to work in.
