If it ain’t broke why fix it?  That’s what EY did. They didn’t try to reinvent the wheel but instead made a classic event formula work to achieve all of their objectives to a large diverse audience. 

Introducing and embedding change, especially at a leadership level, is a challenging brief. But by boldly utilising a full suite of event tools, being clear with their messaging, providing an engaging, accessible and flexible platform they have clearly got the results, and more, that was required.

The move to virtual has been used as a strength to connect with such a large and demanding audience – and this audience  responded extremely positively, and it appears that they are taking the new ways of working into the future.
