The purpose of ICE HACKTHAON is for a group of event planners to work together on a collaborative project to develop a growth mindset – moving away from a fixed mindset of how things were in 2019 and starting to shape the future, especially in terms of hybrid events.

So here is ICE HACKATHON.  As restrictions on large gatherings begin to ease, the event planners will soon need to adopt solutions for attendee engagement, networking, sponsorship, as well as other strategies that work for their events.

IF YOU ARE A CORPORATE EVENT PLANNER THEN GET YOUR TEAM TOGETHER BY THE END OF THE SUMMER.  

This is how it will work

• The problems to be solved will be set on 1 December 2021

• There will be 4 corporates in 6 teams.

• Two teams will compete with each other each week.

• The judges and audience will then vote on the best solutions.

• At the end of week 4, there will be the final with the previous 4 winners all competing live.  The finals will be hosted in Scotland in February 2021
